6. Everyone seems to struggle getting their bags up and down the escalator to the check in desk, elevators, etc. You have to wonder who thought it was a good idea to design the front lobby that way.

9. They charge 10.99 a night for wifi which (although IMO not reasonable for any hotel) is not high compared to others - they should at least offer it free in the lobby like the Liaison hotel does across the street or the Kimpton by the hotel.
