1. The other thing is the location is great for getting to the capitol, but finding something to eat after say 7pm requires a bit of a trek through a not-so-great neighborhood.

4. The neighborhood is quiet but not very nice specially if you head north over I-395 in the evenings where you can find lots of homeless people wandering.

5. Additionally the hotels proximity (1 block) from a homeless shelter makes me question how safe walking the neighborhood after dark might be.
