I found the gentleman who checked me in was snooty but the rest of the staff was nice and accomodating I paid extra for a corner room thinking it had a nice view don't opt for it unless you want a bigger room it faced the back of a homeless shelter we switched our room it was smaller (reg size) but nicer view.
