5. Be warned - the tip is already added into the bill (we were a party of 6), but there was also a blank line for a 'service fee' which, I guess if you wished you might actually add more money for the use of the room.

8. Experience suggests this check-out concern may be an issue with the general culture at Hyatt; they tend to cop an attitude once you have been billed so my problem may not be unique.

10. If you try to order pancakes or a waffle ($13), along with coffee and/or juice ($5), the bill will be very close (if not higher) than $20.
