The only quibble I had (I know, who would quibble with a free
suite
upgrade, right?) was that the sleep sofa was not comfortable at all for our teen son.

Last year we had some problems, but the hotel offered us a sincere apology, plus a free night's stay and an upgrade to a junior
suite
if we decided to try their hotel again.

3) We rented a big
suite
-- and paid upwards of $450 a night for it -- we had a full kitchen, but it was like pulling teeth to ask housekeeping to deliver any usable cookware.

It wasn't unwelcoming or unsitable for families - I just felt that it was more
suite
d to professionals on business or childless couples - it had a very 'grown up' feel.

I origianlly paid for one of their superior rooms but got upgraded to a junior
suite
which is very nice as it has 2 big flat screen Samsung TVs, 2 full baths and french doors that divide the
suite
into two living quarters.
