8. Don't expect the sheets and towels to be replaced every day, every two days seems to be standard for sheets, and I'm not sure they even changed the towels more than twice.

9. you have to call room service to ask for your coffee maker to be delivered to your room, then you have to call housekeeping to ask for towels, since there is exactly one bath towel in your room and no bath mat.
