1. We soon asked for another room and the manager gave us the superior double and the views were UNFORGETABLE and ASTONISGHING.

One day they cleaned the room and took all the towel and did not give us any clean towels, I called housekeeping and front desk about four times over a period of about two hours trying to get some towels so I could shower and housekeeping kept saying 'yes right away' and No towels came, was told manager would call me, never did so finally resorted to walking down the halls and taking towels of a housekeeping trolley while she was in a room cleaning.

10. I had to speak with the manager who was VERY DEFENSIVE and finally credited me for the 60 USD (already chargged by the receptionist who obviously was not listening to me while I was expleini g that the bill WAS WRONG!).
