The room itself was large, recently updated mattress and sheets, and it even had its own kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, etc. The furniture was a bit worn out, as was the kitchen, bathroom, hallways, but overall the hotel is a great value for NY, and it is in a great location (short walk to theater district and times square).

7. The staff were very friendly and helpful but the breakfasts are overpriced - there are plenty of diners in the area that have much more atmosphere and are better value.

10. tips- use the plaza deli for breafast , goos value and lot better than hotel [ blt bagel amazing ] only downside was housekeeping , room was cleaned everyday , but one night we had left a dirty glass on table , was still there following day , after room cleaned , not a big problem but ,still.
