3. Found the staff to be very helpful & friendly, only thing that really bothered me was the day we were leaving the BellBoy was very kind & helped us outside with our cases to get a Taxi (which are all lined up outside all day & night)my husband tipped him 10 dollars but then the Doorman grabbed the cases before the Taxi Driver had chance & lifted our cases into the taxi, he then had the nerve to ask for a tip, my husband explained that he had already tipped the other gentleman and that he only had enough change for the taxi, so the Doorman then offered to change a 50 dollar bill for him.

5. was in for a big shock when we got the bill at end of stay - rates stated on internet did not include an array of taxes, surcharges, gratuity etc. when we asked the receptionist to explain what the additional taxes were for and why it was not on the website, she replied ' i don't control the website'.

6. When asked about being compensated for what felt like a lost weekend (my wife felt our whole weekend had been truly thrown off, I felt we were always unsettled) the hotel did offer to take fifty dollars off our bill for our trouble.

7. I do not think I am asking for too much, just give me the room you confirmed, clean the room in a timely manner and get me an accurate bill.

8. At checkout my bill reflected 3 nights of parking instead of 2 night which is a big deal considering its $40 night to park.
