1. The hotel is located between 1st and 2nd avenue on 44th street, meaning just two streets away is 42nd street which will get you straight to the Chrysler Building, Times Square, the New York Public Library and 5th Avenue in under 20 minutes (on foot!).

4. After walking around the area ,we were happy with the location, its in a nice clean street with a 24 hour deli and a fruit stall on the corner, its a nice walk to the other more hectic parts of Manhattan, and if you wander around the local area, there a few nice delis and bars, and it feels like you are mingling with real New Yorkers, not just tourists.
