1. nice clean largish rooms odd angular bathrooms tiny kiddie size loos - but powerful shower and with nice heaters which is good in winter.

5. it could be a very nice place to stay, as it has picturesque views, a decent pool, and an indoor tennis court, but it's obvious that there's no attention to detail, cleanliness, or comfort because simple fixes like windex, clean shower curtains, and a can of paint, wouldn't be a major expense and wouldn't be difficult be costly to implement, instead the hotel has chosen to sell rooms with filthy windows, grimy brown stained shower curtains, stained nasty fabric on the furniture, and yes, roaches.

10. we have a friend in nyc and he came to visit and also said we had a great hotel compared to alot of them in nyc where the rooms are small and no water pressure but we could shower at the same time and it be perfect .
