5. Pipes were bare in the bathroom, the drapes were visibly stained, and the thermostat seemed not to work in the heating register, causing the room to be either hot or cold, but not regulated for in-between.

8. The only downfall of the room is that the bathroom was really small and if someone was taking a shower, the mirror steamed up so much, that even with the fan, it was fogged up.

10. Cons: room could use a serious rehab or at least a good cleaning - more shabby than chic; ceilings very low - I'm 5'7' and could easily touch the ceiling - could be claustrophobic for a tall person; bathroom is tiny; pet walk is a city block away; $34.80 per night to park.
