1. They agreed to take $50 off my bill, so I accepted this, despite feeling I had been totally misled by the online adds.

3. When we had last stayed here in the fall, my husband swore up and down that he had left a $10 bill in the console when he handed the valet the keys.

4. Both of the $5 bills were missing and, unless someone broke into the car, left the navigation system, radio, etc and only took $10 in cash, we have to believe this valet stole the cash.

6. As we were checking out, I wasn't sure whether we had to sign a piece of paper or what the procedure was, so as I was going to stand in a 5 deep line, the valet or bellman came up to us and said there was no need to stand in line, as long as the bill looked ok we could just leave.

8. They did mention a $9.95 fee per day to use the internet, go to the offsite gym, and other items but we didn't use these things and they were not added to our bill.
