1. We encountered a few problems but I'll start with the pros: great location close to the harbor and Mariners arena; friendly, helpful staff (especially David); pet friendly with no pet fee; breakfast and wine/beer happy hour free; low price on hotels.

3. They have imposed a new $10 daily resort fee, I'm not sure how a small inn with less then 100 rooms and no real ammenities can even use the term resort.
