1. During our visit, housekeeping services fell way behind in cleaning, and it took a call to the front desk to get the room taken care of so we could get ready to go out for the evening.

8. I was a guest of the hotel for four nights and from the front desk staff, to housekeeping, to valet, to maintenance, to shuttle drivers I couldn't find fault with any of their services and I'm a pretty critical business traveler.

9. Oh, and housekeeping didn't bother to show up until our 2nd night there, and by that time we were getting ready to go to dinner, so it was not an appropriate time for them to decide to come clean the room.
