1. The front desk was very helpful in calling an airport shuttle and making me feel comfortable during my wait.

4. They are affiliated with Pier 5 and Admiral hotel (one beside the Aquarium and the other in Fells Point) so they have a shuttle that will take you to each hotel for free.
