1. It was dingy, you could barely walk out on the balcony and the bathroom was very small and in desperate need of an upgrade.

2. In addition, I would echo several other guest issues: bathrooms are small with minimal amenities for a resort and spa (Shampoo, soap and conditioner), room door didint lock unless you remember to push it closed to latch.

5. Fantastic public areas wonderful ambience but the diamond tower ocean front room had smell of smoke rooms were small plastic cups in bathroom to rinse your mouth so that you couldn't put toothpaste in without it falling down just had basic shampoo conditioner and soap.

10. The room was horrible and small facing the city street, and across the street you could see prositutes hassling tourists, very small bathroom with mold on the walls, there was also a horrible smell coming from the vents.
