1. Caveat: at slow times they will help drunk patrons trade in large bills for $1 bills, slowing the line.

3. Not sure that I would stay there if I was paying the bill myself-- I am very much a Bellagio Taste/Circus Circus budget traveler -- so I would be searching for the best amenities at the best deal; and the rate we paid for this for the conference was high -- but again -- I have not resarched New Orleans hotels for anything else -- so maybe this is the going rate.

4. On a humorous note, be ready with small bills because even if a bell hop has been stuffing tips in his pocket for hours he will suddenly not be able to break even a $5, but he will pat his pockets for minutes and shake his head sincerely.

I had voiced my concerns with the hotel prior to our arrival and was told that we would ALL be placed on high floors to avoid noise -- we were not; that internet was included in our room as part of the deal for the TelcoTV trade show -- it was not; I had requested that one of my team members room charges be added to my bill -- it was not BUT two others were.
