4. My HHonors Gold status got me upgrade to Executive Floor with lounge, two bottles of water, and free WiFi internetCheck-in was quick and easy although strangely, the check-in is on the 2nd floor floor (or 29th floor for Executive Rooms).

8. We stayed on the executive level which gave us access to their executive lounge with free wifi, continental breakfast, hor d'oeuvres in the evening (5-7) with a cash bar, and coffee and sodas throughout the day.

9. The rooms were nice but did not have all the amenities I'd have liked - no mini fridge or microwave and no free wifi, but all that seems to be the norm with a lot of large convention hotels nowadays.

10. If you are on the 1st or 2nd floors you can access the Hilton FREE wifi othewise there is a dailycharge.
