1. This Hilton definitely made the effort to make us feel welcome and appreciated with little touches like: a friendly e-mail prior to our arrival, early check-in, and restaurant suggestions.

7. When we checked in there was some confusion about a room upgrade booked using Hilton points but once that was straightened out (by check-in time) the service was extraordinary.
