1. Beautiful lobby and halls, elevator is clean and fine if a bit slow (old building-- no big deal, no surprise), good wifi, room was gorgeous- we were in 701 with a great view.

3. We were in room 701 - with a view on front street and over the top of the buildings across from us, we were both impressed with the view we had (couldn't see landmarks but could see the bay and across from it).

4. We booked a non renovated room which was ok even if the room was quiet small with view to a courtyard, luckily we only used the room for sleeping so for persons that spend more time in the hotel room I would not recommend this hotel.

5. I was also pleasantly surprised that afforded me views of San Francisco Hills, a rare occasion when one is staying on Sutter Street.
