5. Wanted to extend check out to 5.00pm and would only do so if I paid for another night which was double what I had already paid.

6. It wasn't until the next monring, when I told them that I was very disappointed and wanted to check out and go to another hotel, did they put me in a renovated room-although I wouldn't really call it a room, particularly since the bed was a sofa bed.
