3. The downtown area, Chinatown and many other gems of this beautiful city are within a walk's distance, and if you'll be able to figure out public transportation you'll get everywhere even faster.

7. The neighborhood is very convenient for downtown and buses, also, a real plus in San Francisco, is that the street the hotel is on is not up a very steep hill.

10. Location can be a little daunting if you don't know the area but after a walk around we decided this is a nice location if you intend going downtown for shopping and stuff.
