1. There has been much mention of the Admin fee, really the only inclusion that we used was the wifi, which worked perfectly well.

4. Annoying: they charge a $17 per day 'administrative fee' for things like 'free' wireless and in-room coffee--meaning that the 'free' things are, in fact, not free.

6. Supposedly the hotel has a free basic WiFi connection, and a better one for a fee, however when I tried to connect with my iPhone, it only gave me the paid option, and quite frankly, even though we got a good deal on the room, for what we paid, I didn't feel compelled to shell out more money for what much lesser hotels offer as a free service to guests.
"Great Location, Horrible Bed " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/28/2011 Vote
7. One evening when WiFi was not available at all we complained to a front desk person and she advised us to call a technical support.

10. And believe me, I experienced many aspects - customer service, Kuleto's restauant, the lovely espresso Bar Norcini at the entrance, room service, wireless internet, and needing a good night's sleep after a long day of work.
"Blown away by positive experience " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/10/2011 Vote
