1. This is not a resort (I am even against resorts charging fees for things like 'lobby refreshments, pool towels, mini-bar' which I rarely use.

2. My room had 2 small issues- the tv shut itself off every 30 minutes ( no timer issue- I checked) and as I went to iron a shirt as often needs to be done on business trips- I notcied the iron had a nice coat of rust on it and decided to test it on one of their towels-SO glad I did- It would have ruined my shirt.

3. We stayed there for 7 nights and while housekeeping was in our room every morning, each day they either forgot to give us a new bottle of body moisturizer, or extra toilet roll, or replacing a hand towel which they had taken.
