1. As a matter of fact, almost everything assumed to be included as complimentary like the 'in room coffee pot' is charged under an additional 'administration fee.

2. Apparently this covered the business center (which I didn't use), coffee and tea in the room (which I was only supplied with decaf every day and I didn't drink), and internet which I asked about on check in and was led to believe this was complimentary.
