1. On entry to this hotel off a major, cable car street in San Francisco, I was impressed with the space.

7. )The staff was friendly and helpful (we wanted a pedicure and were directed right across the street to a great little nail salon/spa) and the hotel is well located, easy walking to everything just about - just be forewarned that you will walk out of the serenity of the lobby smack dab into crowds of people.
