1. There is no doubt the location of the hotel is excellent - right on the Powell St cable car line and in the thick of the centre of town.

8. If you enjoy staying in Italy and don't mind 260 square foot rooms with the bare bones ammenities and tighter quarters and classy but sparse lobby decor, this place really does remind you of staying in a cheaper-quality hotel in Rome or maybe Florence.
