1. Any rooms that have a bed bug report are inspected by an outside pest control agency and there is no record of bedbug activity in the hotel in well over a year.

2. We have not had any reports of bed bugs to any manager working in the hotel that relates to any of these posts.

5. As I do in all hotels, I removed the sheets to look for bed bugs and found a dirty mattress and mattress cover.

8. FYI, the only way you can rule out bed bugs would be to completely remove all moldings, carpet, outlet covers, light fixtures, etc.
