1. The desk manager saw us looking for it and apologized, explained, and told us that if we'd like to go next door to Starbucks and get coffee and bring him the receipt, he'd reimburse us.

6. The room - a Tower Queen room which we were upgraded to by the manager (a thorough professional) was of ample size and very comfortable - however the bathroom was small with limited storage space, but that did not bother us.
