The desk
manager
saw us looking for it and apologized, explained, and told us that if we'd like to go next door to Starbucks and get coffee and bring him the receipt, he'd reimburse us.

I couldn't take anymore so I went to the front desk to speak to the
Manager
on Duty Elgin who couldn't have been less accommodating.

showed up and cooled things off and the bartenders had some stern words for Jim, but they never asked s/he to leave even after clearly causing the incident.

The room - a Tower Queen room which we were upgraded to by the
manager
(a thorough professional) was of ample size and very comfortable - however the bathroom was small with limited storage space, but that did not bother us.
