1. I'm afraid the bar was a huge let down for this hotel and I can't help but think they are losing out big time on customers who want to spend good money (the prices were not cheap) but were unable to do so because of the inefficiencies of the bar service.

We where speaking to a guy on the reception called Nelson, he wasn't very helpful at all in this instance, he then advised us that we needed to give them cash-$300, I said that this was quite a lot, he response was 'it is usually $700, we reluctantly gave him the cash to check in, leaving us very short for spending money.
