6. there are three guys who donn the suit and assist guests in and out of the Drake; two of these guys always greet everyone with a smile and helping hand, the other is a frowning grouch who would often try to avoid eye contact as not to be of assistance-the front desk staff and housekeeping are really helpful, knowledgeable and quick one minute and completely non-responsive the next; for example, upon check in, you can request a coffee maker delivered to your room for no additional charge.

8. I really liked their 'conserve' initiative, as they offered $10 towards room service/their restaurant/bar for every night you chose not to have housekeeping.
