1. Nice lobby, and the Scala restaurant next door offers their menu served at the hotel bar - a very nice option when dining alone and not wanting to go out, but not wanting room service.

4. Placing a Kimpton staff member at the elevators on floors surrounding the Lobby would have helped to alleviate the 'jumpers' who felt they didn't need to wait in line.
