3. The Concierge lady was especially very professional and approachable and another one was who I assumed was a security guard who ran to open the door for us as we were rushing out to catch our shuttle, struggling again w/ our suitcases.

4. A shuttle was supposed to be picking us up at 9:30pm, from 9:00 AM, we were waiting for the elevator to take us down.
