1. We weretravelling with our 10 month old son, so the kitchen was a HUGE plus (it is usually a challenge otherwise to fix his food or prepare him a bottle of him at night).

2. The room itself had a fridge, microwave and dishwasher with coffeepot and all sorts of equipment--cutting board, knives and utensils plus plates and serving bowls, etc. Perfect for grabbing food at one of the great markets for in-room dining.
