1. Upon checkout, staff were very friendly and helpful in holding our luggage until we needed to head to the airport.

7. While I can somewhat understand the high cost, the valet service is slow, 30 minutes to retrieve a car, and I was disappointed that the valet guy didn't offer to help with bags, and there was no bellman on duty at checkout time.

8. For the high price guests are paying for valet, much better service is needed, and it should be common sense to have enough valet drivers and bellmen on duty during a busy checkout time on the weekend.
