3. The reception staff were very helpful, the rooms were large and the beds and pillows were so soft and comfyI especially liked the guest laundry, so many washers and dryers to use so you could wash during your stay which was a big plus.

9. Our family stayed on March 27, 2010, the hotel staff is friendly and efficient, the rooms are clean, well kept with very comfortable beds, pillows and very roomy for NY standards, the locations is excellent since is walking distance to Times square, Broadway, Bryant park, and train lines.
