1. If needed, there is a guest laundry on the lower lobby level which costs $6 including detergent as well as a nice gym/workout room.

4. This was our second trip to New York and we decided to stay at this hotel due to its reasonable rates, complimentary breakfast (fantastic choice), gym, location and in-room kitchenette.

The reviews are correct: perfect location close to everything, clean, comfortable beds, good breakfast, Tuesday night soup/salad was perfect, 3rd floor lounge with lots of cozy spaces, gym small but well equipped, laundry facilities ($2.50 a load w/free detergent at front desk), never waited more than 2 minutes for an elevator, wakeup service, and all around met our needs.

10. The launderette was in the basement, next to the gym - so you could put your clothes into the washer and dryer, then go for a jog on the treadmill, if you were so inclined.
