- Great location (10 minute walk to Times Square)- Subway station - 1 block away!- Free breakfast buffet (again another thing we did not know upon booking)- Friendly staff- Free highspeed Internet in
lobby
& restaurant- Free wifi in rooms- One of our rooms had a phenomenal view of Empire State BuildingCons:- The breakfast buffet food was not the best (but it was free.

lobby
is small, but the Renaissance does a good job at managing that space and making it a great place to hang out.

Then, after check-in, we noticed that there was a huge line & congestion in the very small
lobby
and everyone was waiting for the 1 elevator that was servising a 31 Floor hotel at full occupancy.
