1. Service was simply excellent, prompt valet service, great concierge, helpful staff, excellent breakfast.

2. The only parking available is valet which is $55 (typical for NYC), but if you have an SUV as I do its a whopping $66 dollars.

4. For the high price guests are paying for valet, much better service is needed, and it should be common sense to have enough valet drivers and bellmen on duty during a busy checkout time on the weekend.

5. We left ours (not exactly in front of the hotel but next to the garage) and before the valet arrived I got a $115 ticket (ouch!).

6. ) We don't quite know how to improve this as it is a city locale, but we did notice there were 2 cabs just parked there, & the drivers standing outside taking the valet spaces for guests.

7. Also, the valet spaces were taken up by 2 parked vehicles, so quicker turnaround in moving the vehicles would help, especially around the peak check-in times, or when staff members notice that the valet parking is full.

8. Issues - We had a car, and even though we arrived before 3, there was no parking area available in the valet area in front, so we had to circle a couple of times.
