1. The staff was fairly accommodating to our request, but offered no compensation at all and actually seemed pretty annoyed by the request -- as if it's our fault.

3. We stayed here with our two (very young) kids and found the check-in staff and house-keeping team very accommodating to our needs (cribs, adjoining rooms etc.) The grounds are quite nice and it's convenient that there are food/dining options so close at the local village (walking distance).
