7. Again concierge = great upon arrival in the room there was a handwritten note on the desk indicating a gift; as in all Sheratons you have access to the computers / printers.

Pros:- The grounds are well-kept and very nicely landscaped with lush plants & koi ponds- Super friendly staff (concierge, check-in, housekeepers)- Right on the beach w/ access to shower and Lava's bar & pool- Included in the resort fee was an evening tidepool tour - I recommend, was fun!- Could check out free beach towels & snorkel/fins for $15 for 24/hours at the activity center- A block away from Poipu beach park - the best snorkeling, saw a seaturtleCons:- The garden view was nice, but not as nice as the new section of the resort.
