followed up with a phone call expressing that the front desk was extremely happy that I wasnt a 'normal' visitor that complains about everything.

Our room was great, even if there were some renovations going on, hotel

, was very helpful and understood that we needed to get into our room before the check in time as we had been travelling for 12 hours.
