1. Valet personnel are all so personable and helpful so they're worth it.

3. Positives:1) comfortable rooms especially the beds2) efficient valet parking3) good meal at tropics bar and grill - why line up at cheesecake factory for 2 hours when this place does better food at the same price4) location5) pools and slides - great fun for kidsNegatives:1) limited seating around pool with slides - we could not find a pool chair to put our stuff down even on a cold and wet day2) no one understands an Australian accent - judging by the blank looks we received half the time, we would've been better off speaking Japanese 3) breakfast - limited choice, hot food cold, bread rolls smelt like a wet dog.
"Ok place but certainly not worth 400/night " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/12/2012 Vote
4. The lobby area itself was like a zoo, the line for check in was around 30 people deep, there seemed to be around 200 people waiting to go on a tour, and another big line of people waiting to get their cars from valet.
