3. Check out was at 11 am, but they gave us a hospitality room (20 minutes per person) which we booked the day before check out so that we could all shower and clean up for out 8pm flight home.

5. A place to check out for shopping is the DFS (Duty Free Shopping) Galleria, you do require a passport and flight itinerary and the purchased items are handed to you when boarding the plane.
