2. Polite and quick check in, basic king room has pretty plantation shutters, very comfy bed, aromatherapy bath products and nice free coffee set up in lobby in the morning.

3. Jennifer at check in was very friendly and helpful in finding me a room i wanted with a decent view, and called me a few minutes later to see if i was happy with, the room was clean, beds were comfortable, bottled water was free.

8. When we got to the hotel we asked if there were any available upgrades, and unfortunately the only upgrade was for a slightly bigger room and access to the 'penthouse' lounge with free nibbles, drinks (including beer, soda, coffee), and wine/liquor/champagne at night after 5:30.
