3. We stayed two nights, and would have only stayed one if the accommodating and professional front desk staff hadn't moved us from room right on the circle (5th floor) to a room on the end near 19th and Q street (7th floor).

5. It was great to see amazing atmosphere and buzz filtering through to the lobby, The Irish girl on check in was exceptionally accommodating and friendly and it was a much warmer welcome to the response I almost didnt get on email the day before (not sure why no one on the front desk responded!).
