6. On my last day I wanted to pay for late check out, but before I could ask for it I was rudly interrupted by the person I called in guest services, only after I pointed out that I was going to pay a half day charge she put me through the reception.

9. If I remember correctly it was four cups for $11, plus a $4 room service charge, plus a 15% (or 20%) on total for gratuity, then the tax.
