1. Jennifer at check in was very friendly and helpful in finding me a room i wanted with a decent view, and called me a few minutes later to see if i was happy with, the room was clean, beds were comfortable, bottled water was free.

3. It was great to see amazing atmosphere and buzz filtering through to the lobby, The Irish girl on check in was exceptionally accommodating and friendly and it was a much warmer welcome to the response I almost didnt get on email the day before (not sure why no one on the front desk responded!).
