Hotel Services: In-room internet worked all the time, polite cleaning staff, VERY HONEST dry cleaner who returned money found in one of my suits, friendly/helpful bellmen who quickly found me a taxi or helped a friend park their car and answered all my questions with a smile, easy to use coffee service in hotel lobby in the AM.

My wife and I are well travelled (I own a business that used to require that I travel 6 times or more a year internationally and each trip would take me to 3-5 countries) and have stayed in a wide range of hotels from luxury suites at top class international chains and luxury boutiques to absolute dives where paying $20/night was too much.

9. very clean, good location,recently remodeled rooms,staff was very nice and attentive, but unless I can afford a suite, I won't be able to go back to this hotel, the room I stayed was too small,it was smaller than any room I have ever stayed even in NYC.

10. The room was very effectively air conditioned and I liked the new bathroom suites, and didn't find the glass doors or very well frosted window by the shower a problem.
